Refund policy

1. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
2. A continuous unboxing video is mandatory to raise a return request.
3. Return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery via email:
   srisakthisarees@gmail.com
   
4. Once your return request is approved, the product must be returned within 3 days.
5. Product must be returned in original condition:
• Unused and Unworn
• No stains, perfume, or damage
• Original packaging, folds, tags, and invoice intact
6. Sarees tried on or worn even once are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. If the returned product fails inspection, the return will be rejected.
8. If the same product design is available, replacement will be shipped.
9. If replacement is not available, refund will be processed.
10. Refund processing time: 8–15 working days after product inspection.
11. No return or refund on:
• Sale / Offer / Clearance items
• Sarees with fall / pico / blouse stitching
